What is the delivery time?

 Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery may take 5 to 12 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

 Yes, that's possible. You can change or cancel your order at any time before the package ships. You can return your original order once it's shipped. Once we receive it, we'll either ship your chosen order or cancel it and refund you the full purchase price.

 Can I track my order?

 Yes, of course you can track your order. Go to the menu and click "Track my order." Then enter the order number you received from us with your order, and you'll receive an overview of your order status.
